We are a Quality Focused Deck company that provides, custom built decks to the Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond hill and Bradford area. We pre-build the main structures of your deck before we arrive at the job site. This reduces the amount of time needed and minimizes wasted lumber helping us keep our prices ridiculously low for you.
Floating decks are only one of the ways we do decks. We also use foundation screws and cement footings. Please keep in mind that whenever a deck is not floating we will need an extra day to do the footings.
This is another way we keep our prices low. If you then choose to move forward after receiving the quote we then book a site visit to come out to your property and do contract signing.
We take 10% of the project total at contract signing.
Pricing per square foot changes each year with the ever rising cost of lumber! But presently you can get a good idea of your deck cost by multiplying the total square foot by:
• $17.5 for Floating Deck
• $21 for Inground Foundations Deck
• $29 for Second Story Deck
Prices do not include Railings, Stairs, or Skirting
Prices per linear foot:
• Black Aluminum Baluster Railing $32
• Wood Baluster Railing $30
• Stairs $35
• Skirting $22
